Taking care of the Quilt:
In general you may wash as you please, but I would suggest to wash the quilt by itself in the hand wash or gentle cycle and dry on low heat or no heat. If possible, hang drying would be best. This will extend the look and life of your quilt.
As with most blankets or throws, continual washing and drying can make the fabric fade, fray or come undone completely. Also, it can weaken or break the ties that are throughout the quilt.

Guarantee:
Unfortunately, I do not make any guarantees on the quilts. Some fabrics are more durable then others and will hold the stitching better then others. I do take many precautions on fabrics that tend to be difficult to work with but that does not mean that they won't rip or tear.
However, if your quilt does get some kind of damage, I will try to repair it the first time for free. This does not mean that I will be successful, it depends on what the damage is. You do have to find a way to get the quilt to me because I will not be responsible for transporting the quilt.
Anything that happens after the first time, there will be a $5 charge per repair. I will only charge you if I can fix it and I will look at any damage for free to let you know what I am able to do.
It is really important for you to take care of your quilt to ultimately guarantee that it will last.

There are no refunds on the quilts. Money is due at the time of placing the order. Once you place an order I start working on it within a day and will already have time and money invested in designing a quilt to your specifications and needs.
Please make sure you are certain about what you want before placing an order. This will ensure that everyone is happy with the service provided.
